About AntonAnton Lilja is an award winning nature photographer from Sweden. With his work he shares his experiences in nature with people all around the world. Anton captures everything from stunning landscapes to shy animals with his camera. The big majority of his images are taken in the north of Sweden, were he also lives close to the nature he has as subject.
Anton’s passion for nature photography started when he was around ten years old. Before he picked up the camera for the first time he had already spent a lot of time in the nature. He also has a natural connection to nature photography because of his father. Throughout the years his passion has grown stronger and stronger, nowadays the camera is always with him when he is out in the nature. With his pictures, Anton wants to contribute to the conservation of different species and keep the ecosystem intact by all natural species and biotops. He wants to do this by telling stories with his work and encourage people to go out in the nature and realize what we have to lose, and in turn stop over exploiting the sensitive ecosystems around the globe.
